All our orders are packaged in 100% compostable satchels. We would love it if you could re-use the compostable bags for returns or exchanges. 

Domestic (Within Australia)

Standard (Australia Post)

Free standard shipping applies to all orders - Delivery estimate, 2-6 business days from dispatch

Express (Australia Post)

$15 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 1-2 business day from dispatch

We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. All orders offer tracking and this will be advised once the package is dispatched from our warehouse. Please let us know if you haven't received an email from us within 20 minutes of placing your order: hello@vyethelabel.com

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Vye The Labels control. Shipping delays can be a result of the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Vye The Label is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS

Vye The Label offers tracking for all orders, however Vye The Label does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post.
